3rd Assignment

Vulnerable sweet Amy- Using the 250 halogen bulb, we positioned the light source to the upper left of Amy and used the diffuser screen to soften the light. The Inverse Square Law is used in this image as the light is bright on the left of her face and falls off on the right. Also the Straight Line law as the light source is positioned directly to her left and moves in a straight line illuminating her face.

Intense angry Amy- For this image, we positioned the light source behind Amy and lower to the ground. Using the Angle of Incident Equals the Angle of Reflection law, we used the small mirror to reflect light back onto her face so just her eyes and the outline of her hair are lit.
